Version 2026-10-31
HugeOne Network Terms
Effective date: 30 October 2026 (updated on 31 October 2026: thank you gifts for city ambassadors, section 6)
These terms apply when you apply to join the HugeOne network on founders.hugeone.io as a partner, a city ambassador or a mentor, and while you are a member. They add to our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which also apply to you. Where these terms say something specific about the network, they take priority over the Terms and Conditions.
1 Who operates HugeOne
HugeOne is operated by A.M.K. Ecoleaf Ltd, a company registered in Cyprus with registration number HE272640, at 11 Mnasiadou Street, 1065, Nicosia, Cyprus. In these terms, “HugeOne”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean that company. Contact us at support@hugeone.io.
2 The network
The HugeOne network brings together three kinds of members:
- Partners: companies and organisations that offer services or support to startups, such as incubators, accelerators, advisers and service providers.
- City ambassadors: people who tell founders and investors in their city about HugeOne.
- Mentors: people who help founders with advice, for free.
Joining is free. You must be 18 or older, and if you apply for a company or organisation, you must be authorised to act for it. HugeOne decides on each application and may decline it. We tell you our decision by email and, if we decline, the reason.
Membership does not make you an employee, agent or representative of HugeOne or create a legal partnership with it, and you cannot sign, promise or speak for HugeOne. “HugeOne partner” is the name of a role in the network, nothing more.
3 Your profile
Approved members get a profile. HugeOne checks each profile, and each change to it, before it is shown, and may ask you to change it. The application form shows which details appear on your profile.
Profiles are public: anyone can see them on founders.hugeone.io, and search engines can find them. We may also show partners’ names and logos on hugeone.io and in HugeOne’s presentations and posts about the network. You allow us to show the name, logo, photo and other profile details you give us for these purposes while you are a member, and you confirm that you have the right to give them to us.
Keep your profile accurate and up to date. An offer for HugeOne startups must be real, and its conditions, such as the price, the duration and who can use it, must be clear. Do not include investment offers or financial products for investors.
We may decline a change, or hide or remove a profile, if it breaks these terms or our Terms and Conditions, if it is inaccurate or misleading, or while we check it. We tell you why, and you can ask us to look at the decision again by writing to support@hugeone.io.
4 What HugeOne does not do
HugeOne does not check, guarantee or recommend members, their services or their advice. Membership shows only that HugeOne accepted the application. Founders decide for themselves whether to use a partner’s services and agree them directly with the partner. HugeOne is not part of that agreement and takes no fee or commission from it.
HugeOne does not arrange or take part in investments, and the network must not be used to offer, arrange or promise investments.
5 Introductions and help requests
A founder can ask for an introduction to a partner or send a mentor a request for help. The partner or mentor receives the founder’s name, email address and startup, and the request, only after the founder agrees.
Use what you receive only to reply to that founder about that request. Do not add the founder to a mailing list, pass the details on, or contact the founder for other purposes unless the founder agrees. Keep what a founder tells you confidential, and delete it when you no longer need it. You are responsible for handling these details in line with data protection law. Any service or fee is agreed directly between you and the founder, outside HugeOne.
6 City ambassadors
Ambassadors are volunteers. They are not paid and receive no money or commissions. HugeOne may thank active ambassadors with a title on their profile, a thank you post if they agree, and occasional gifts, such as a free pass to a partner event, under rules published on the ambassador page before they apply. A gift has no cash value and is not a payment for work.
Your personal link counts how many accounts are created through it. You see the number, not who signed up.
When you share your link or talk about HugeOne, say that you are a HugeOne city ambassador. Describe HugeOne fairly and accurately: founders present their startups and investors follow them; nobody can invest through HugeOne today, and HugeOne does not promise funding, returns or approval. Do not give investment advice or recommend investing in any startup.
Do not send bulk or unwanted messages, use bought contact lists, post your link where the rules of a site or group do not allow it, or create accounts through your own link. Do not speak to the press for HugeOne or present yourself as its staff.
7 Mentors
Mentoring through HugeOne is free for founders. Your advice is your own; HugeOne does not check it.
Do not give investment advice to investors, recommend investing in a startup or arrange an investment. If you invest in, work for, are paid by or compete with a startup you help, tell the founder and HugeOne first.
8 Partners
Joining the network is free for partners. Before HugeOne charges anything for the network, it will tell you the price and terms in advance, and nothing is charged unless you agree.
If your services need a licence or registration, for example legal, accounting, tax or financial services, you must hold it. Your offer is for startups; do not use the network to promote investments or financial products to investors.
9 Leaving and ending membership
You can leave the network at any time by writing to support@hugeone.io. HugeOne may end a membership, for example if these terms are broken or the network changes, and tells you why. When membership ends, your profile is removed from public pages, your personal link stops counting and open introductions or requests are cancelled. Your founder portal account stays open unless you ask us to close it.
10 Responsibility, changes and law
Sections 11, 12 and 14 of our Terms and Conditions, about service changes and responsibility, liability, and law and disputes, also apply to the network. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may change these terms. We will email members about a material change before it takes effect, and you can leave the network if you do not agree. We record which version of these terms you accepted and when.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use the details you give us for the network, how long we keep them and your rights.
